Cooking Roundup
Step 1:
Cook the Crunchy Shredded Chicken using your preferred cooking method and prep the Bao Buns as advised.
Step 2:
Slice the chillies, spring onions and red onion into thin strips. Quarter lime and roughly chop coriander.
Step 3:
Once the Crispy Shredded Chicken is cooked add it to a hot pan and coat in teriyaki sauce. Toss until fully coated.
Step 4:
Build the Bao Buns by adding the Crispy Shredded Teriyaki Chicken followed by spring onions, chillies and sliced red onion.
Step 5:
Finish with an extra drizzle of teriyaki sauce over the chicken and squeeze the lime to taste. Serve.
