- American Ranch Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken - 50g
- Brioche Burger Bun x 1
- Grated Mozzarella - 50g
- Passata Sauce - 15ml
- Pepperoni - 4 slices
- Lettuce - 15g
- Tomato Slices x 2
- Mayo - 5ml
Cooking Roundup
Step 1:
Cook the American Ranch Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken using your preferred method.
Step 2:
Once chicken is fully cooked slice brioche bun in half and turn the top half over. Add on the passata sauce, grated mozzarella and pepperoni slices and lightly toast under the grill until the cheese has melted.
Step 3:
Build the burger. Add mayo to the base of the bun, then layer the lettuce and tomato slices before topping off with the shredded chicken.
Step 4:
Place the pepperoni pizza style bun face up on top of the shredded chicken and serve.
