This bumper butty is the go-to on Boxing Day when looking at all your leftovers in the fridge! If you've had enough turkey for the season then add some American Ranch Smoky Southern Fried Strips to the mix instead and enjoy this indulgent sandwich.

Shopping List

  • American Ranch Smoky Southern Fried Strips x 4
  • Bloomer Bread x 3 slices
  • Pigs In Blankets x 6
  • Crisp Lettuce x 10g
  • Cranberry Sauce x 10g
  • Stuffing x 50g
  • Brie Cheese x 40g
  • Mayo x 10ml

Cooking Roundup

  • Step 1:

    Cook the Smoky Chicken Strips and Pigs In Blankets using your preferred cooking method.

  • Step 2:

    Whilst the chicken strips and pigs in blankets are cooking wash and shred the lettuce then toast the 3 slices of bread.

  • Step 3:

    Once bread is toasted take one slice and add brie to one side. Place the bread back into the grill and melt cheese until melted.

  • Step 4:

    Start to build the sandwich. Take one slice of toasted bread and add mayo to one side then add the lettuce, Pigs in Blankets and stuffing.

  • Step 5:

    Take the bloomer bread with the melted brie facing upwards and add Smoky Chicken Strips and top with cranberry sauce.

  • Step 6:

    Slice in half and enjoy!
