Our Chicken Goujons are made from 100% chicken breast meat and are coated in a light, peppery batter.
Cook from frozen.
Oven cook: Pre-heat the oven 200°C/ Gas Mark 6. Remove the chicken goujons from all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes, turning once half way through cooking.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Remove the chicken goujons from all the packaging. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken goujons into the oil and fry for 4-5 minutes. Drain and serve.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
