Preheat oil to 180°C. Gently lower and fully immerse the large chicken crispy into the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve.
Preheat oven to 200°C/ 400°F/ Gas Mark 6. Place the large chicken crispy on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking.
