(From Frozen) Pre-Heat Oven to 200°c , 400°F or Gas Mark 6. Fan Oven to 180°c, 350°cF or Gas Mark 4. Remove product from outer box. Cut along the top of the pouch and empty contents into an ovenproof dish with lid. Cook in the centre of the oven for 30-35minutes. Carefully Remove dish from the oven coat the Ribs with the BBQ sauce. Return the dish and its contents to the oven and cook for a further 15-20 minutes with the lid removed. Carefully remove dish from the oven and serve. Ensure product is piping hot before serving
(From Frozen) Microwave (800W). Remove product from outer box, pierce pouch a couple of times on upward facing surface.Place pouch on a suitable microwaveable dish. Cook on full power for 8 minutes and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully open pouch with scissors and empty contents onto plate, coat ribs with BBQ Sauce and reutrn to microwave for further 2 minutes. Warning: Steam may escape upon opening pouch. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. If desired the Rib rack can be placed in a pre heated hot oven in an oven proof dish at 200°c , 400°F or Gas Mark 6 to finish and glaze.
